Blue Devils is currently owned by Titans, it is a player-centered team, very diplomatic and democratic, thus allowing players to have integral roles in the decision-making process, enabling Blue Devils to be a well-coveted team. In the 2^nd edition (June, 2022) the team was first established, and they won the tournament. This 4^th edition will be the 3rd time they will be participating in the T10 Festival, and 2^nd time under the ownership of Titans. They won part of the 3^rd edition and most of their unique and championship driven players were retained and selected by other teams in this present edition, hence, a lot of rebuilding was required. Under the leadership of their competent, and knowledgeable manager, Mr. Sherdon Pierre, a commendable achievement, is their ability to be qualifiable for the play-offs throughout their participation in the Dream 11 T10 Blast.

As a team they try to maintain the same players, 2 core fast bowlers, 2 core opening batsmen, and an all-rounder, and the team is built based on experience and youth. Additionally, the governing themes amongst their players are comradery and unity. Motivation is derived from their experienced players, some of their top players are Rayad Emrit, a skillful, cricket veteran, Shannon Gabriel and his approximate 15 years’ experience within the West Indies team, who collectively motivate the younger players to excel. Other proficient players are Teshawn Castro, Daniel Williams, Adrian Ali, Ewart Nicholson. The main goals are to win this edition’s tournament and to also maintain the spirit of cricket and teamwork. The ultimate goal is not to win but to give their best in each match, to have clean and safe fun and last but not least to be a disciplined team.
